Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has signed a pre-contract agreement with Juventus for a deal worth just over £400,000 a week, according to reports.

The 28-year-old will be available as a free agent this summer once his contract with Arsenal expires at the end of June.

Ramsey has been linked with several clubs including Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea.

But according to the BBC, Ramsey has now committed to a four-year contract with Juventus and will join the Italian champions at the end of the season.

The deal will make him Juve’s second-highest earner behind Cristiano Ronaldo, who earns £500,000 a week.

The BBC also claim that Ramsey completed a two-part medical with Juventus in January.

Ramsey, who has won three FA Cup trophies during his 11 seasons at Arsenal, was in talks with the Gunners over a new contract.

The Wales international claimed in October that he was ready to extend his deal with Arsenal before the club decided to withdraw their offer without giving him an explanation.

Unai Emery also wanted Ramsey to extend his contract but has used the midfielder sparingly since it became apparent that he would be leaving the club at the end of the season.
