A teenager is fighting for his life after being hit by an ambulance on a 999 call.
The boy, 15, has suffered a serious head injury following the incident, which saw an ambulance crash into him in Lichfield Road, Walsall, at around 5.30pm.
Emergency craws, including an air ambulance, arrived at the scene a short while later.
The child has been rushed to hospital in a critical condition.
West Midlands Ambulance service are yet to issue a statement on the incident.
The road was initially closed while police surveyed the scene.
However it has since reopened to the public.
