Ex-Spain manager Luis Enrique’s daughter has tragically died.
The Barcelona legend announced Xana, nine, had succumbed to bone cancer osteosarcoma after a five-month battle against the disease.
Enrique, 49, wrote on Twitter: ‘Our daughter Xana has passed away this afternoon at the age of nine, after fighting for five intense months against osteosarcoma.
‘We will miss you very much, but we will remind you every day of our lives in the hope that in the future we will meet again. You will be the star that guides our family.
‘We appreciate the discretion and understanding. I also want to thank the staff of the hospitals Sant Joan de Deu and Sant Pau for their dedication and treatment, doctors, nurses and all volunteers.’

Enrique left his job as Spain boss in June to take care of his daughter after she was diagnosed.
He was appointed head coach of his national side the previous year.
He won many honours with Barcelona both as a manager and player, including a treble as a coach in 2015.
