Twin babies filmed ‘fighting’ inside the womb

Twins have been filmed ‘punching and kicking each other’ while still in their mother’s womb.

The foetuses, who share an amniotic sac, appear to be having a bout of boxing as one reaches out to shove the other one, then vice versa.

Looks like they’re going to be a handful?

The trending video from China comes from an ultrasound when their mum was four months pregnant.

Their dad, Mr Tao, 28, said he filmed it when he went with his wife to an antenatal check last year in the city of Yinchuan.

He told Chinese news outlet The Paper that he hadn’t expected his daughters ‘to be internet stars before being born’.

He added he saw the two hugging each other during a check in January, so it seems that they have patched things up.

‘We were so touched. The babies were so small and they knew how to look after each other. I believe they will live with each other in harmony when they grow up,’ Mr Tao told The Paper.

They were born healthy and named Cherry and Strawberry, after their mum’s favourite fruits.
